Before you start
Can I choose the annual plan?
Yes. R$ 600,00 per user/year, equivalent to R$ 50,00 per user/month. Save R$ 60,00 per user/year compared with monthly billing. Signup records your preference only; the form does not create a subscription, take payment or enable automatic renewal.
What does the price include?
The platform license. AI usage, phone calls, channel messaging charges and other external services are not included. They depend on the accounts, rates and integrations your company configures.
Do I need to provide a card?
No. Signup does not request a card or create a paid subscription.
When do the 7 days start?
When your company's environment is created. At this stage, our team confirms registration and helps activate access.
What happens when the trial ends?
You decide whether to subscribe. Our team guides your next steps. There are no automatic charges at the end of the trial.
Can I connect my own AI?
Yes. Compatible features use the provider key configured by your company. Usage is billed by the provider, separately from the Gerivia license.
