No-code chatbot

The bot your team builds, tests and publishes on its own

A visual flowchart with menus, validated questions, queries to your system and a knowledge base. The simulator shows the exact path the customer will follow.

Changing a message requires an IT ticket

Your support team edits the flow, tests and publishes. No deployment or developer needed.

Customers get stuck in the bot

Any disconnected output, integration error or loop sends the conversation to a person.

Publishing feels risky

Drafts and live versions are separate. Ongoing conversations stay on the version they started with.

Talk to a real bot

A duplicate payment-slip flow built with the same blocks as the product. Reply as a customer and watch the path light up.

What's included in the chatbot

Each feature shows its current status — no hidden promises.

Ready-made blocks

Message, menu, question, condition, variable, business hours, HTTP request, knowledge base, tag, open ticket, transfer and end.

Questions with validation

CPF/CNPJ, email, phone, number, date and yes/no, with a dedicated “I didn't understand” output.

Query your system

The HTTP block calls your ERP or CRM (HTTPS only, fixed domain and internal networks blocked) and stores the response in variables.

Answers from your knowledge base

The knowledge base block finds a published customer-facing article and uses it to reply.

Business hours and holidays

The same SLA calendar determines what the bot does during and outside business hours.

Versions and restore

Each publication saves a copy; restore an older version with one click.

AI with your own key

The “AI response” block answers customer questions only from your published knowledge base, using your company's OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic (Claude) account. When it does not know, it hands over to an agent.

ERP queries without configuring a URL

The “Query ERP” block checks whether the customer is up to date, sends a duplicate slip or Pix payment and reports the latest order status — directly from the connected ERP, without building a request.

WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger

Official Meta connection using your company's account. The builder, inbox and campaigns already work on these channels.

How it works

  1. 1Drag blocks and connect them on the flowchart.
  2. 2Talk to the bot in the simulator — the path lights up on the diagram.
  3. 3Publish. New conversations use the published version.
  4. 4When the bot transfers, the agent receives the conversation with its full history.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need programming skills?

No. Build the flow by dragging blocks. Only the HTTP request block needs your system's address, usually set up once by IT.

Does the bot use AI?

If you choose to. The flow works without AI, using rules you control. With AI enabled through your company's OpenAI, Gemini or Anthropic account, the AI response block uses published articles and hands over to an agent when it cannot find an answer.

Which channels does the bot support?

WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger (official Meta connection using your company's account), plus your website chat.

What happens if the bot does not understand?

Every question and menu has an “I didn't understand” output. If it is disconnected, the conversation goes to the default team — nobody is left without a response.
