Collections dialer

Phone collections with built-in rules

Agents see debts and history, call with one click and record the outcome. The system decides whether a call is allowed now: time, time zone, holidays and opt-out.

Calling at the wrong time creates complaints

Calling windows use the debtor's time zone and state rules. Nobody is dialed outside them.

Spreadsheets nobody checks

Imports show what was accepted, blocked and why — contact by contact.

Payment promises get lost

Payment promises with amount and date, scheduled callbacks with the same agent and campaign metrics.

What's included in collections

Each feature shows its current status — no hidden promises.

Agent console

Next debtor, call, record outcome. Debt, due date and customer history on screen.

Calling windows by state and time zone

Allowed hours calculated in the phone's time zone, including holidays. Campaigns may be stricter than the law, never more permissive.

Opt-out and suppression

No-contact requests and suppression lists checked before every attempt. Marketing requires recorded opt-in.

Local caller ID

Caller ID pool with local area-code presence and rotation when no local number is available.

Recording and campaign metrics

Recording per attempt, short calls measured individually, and payment promises and outcomes on the dashboard.

Your own trunk

Each company calls through its own SIP trunk with carrier-authorized caller IDs.

Campaign scheduling

Scheduled start and end; campaigns start and stop automatically.

Collection portfolio directly from the ERP

With the ERP connected, campaigns import overdue receivables without spreadsheets — items paid in the ERP leave the queue automatically.

WhatsApp collections

Campaigns with Meta-approved templates and the dialer's unified opt-out — anyone who requests no contact receives neither calls nor messages.

How it works

  1. 1Register your carrier's trunk and authorized caller IDs.
  2. 2Import the collection portfolio from a spreadsheet and set the campaign's calling window.
  3. 3Team agents enter the dialer and make calls, with the compliance gate deciding who can be contacted.
  4. 4Track answered calls, promises and short calls on the dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

Does the system block calls outside allowed hours?

Yes. Hours use the debtor's phone time zone, state rules and holidays. Outside the window, the contact stays pending and becomes eligible again when it opens.

Do I need a SIP trunk subscription?

Yes. Each company uses its own SIP trunk from its chosen carrier. Caller IDs are yours and minute charges go directly to the carrier.

Does this replace legal advice?

No. Gerivia applies configured time, frequency and opt-out rules, but your company's collection policy must be validated by your legal team.
